Huge amount of TIME_WAIT connections says netstat

Set
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_tw_recycle to 1

netstat -epn --tcp
netstat -anp|grep -i tcp_wait| wc -l
* May be It was due to CSF (firewall), you can check by disabling CSF and check.
* Just reinstalled APF and it's working perfectly.
